Chengde Luanping Fine Chemical Plant is a provincial high-tech enterprises integrating of development and production, with strong technical force. The annual output of our products is 800 tons and we have a good reputation. The main products are chemical fiber oil agent, compound silicone defoamer, amino silicone soft finishing agent and textile additives and other products. Among them, there are two national key new products: DP828 polyester high speed spinning oil, which is used to introduce polyester high speed spinning production line; PRS-6 compound silicone defoamer, respectively water soluble type, oil soluble type and solid type, used for antibiotics, vitamins, food fermentation, oil drilling, paper, sewage treatment, cleaning agent, ink, chemical coatings, concrete, detergent, textile printing and dyeing industry defoamer.

The product won the gold medal at the 7th China New Technology and New Products Expo. The factory has a number of provincial key new products: polyester filament oil won the provincial government "Revitalizing Hebei Economy Award", "Provincial Science and Technology Progress third prize", "Provincial excellent New product third prize". Polyester afterspinning agent won the "Provincial Excellent New product third prize".
